    دکتر علیرضا حیدرنیا استاد گروه آموزش بهداشت و ارتقاء سلامت دانشگاه تربیت مدرس است. تمرکز تحقیق وی کاربرد نظریه و الگو در آموزش بهداشت و ارتقاء سلامت، و پیشگیری از بیماری های غیر واگیر و بهداشت دهان و دندان است. او بیش از 300 مقاله در مجلات معتبر ملی و بین المللی و 12 کتاب در مورد بهداشت، آموزش بهداشت و ارتقای سلامت نوشته است. او مدرس کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری در چندین دانشگاه در ایران و داور بیش از 10مجله، هیئت تحریریه 3 مجله است و تاکنون راهنمایی و مشاوره 70 تز کارشناسی ارشد و دکترا را به عهده داشته است. دکتر حیدرنیا دارای بیش از 10 پروژه تحقیقاتی ملی با وزارت بهداشت و 3 طرح پروژه بین المللی با دفتر جمعیت سازمان ملل(UNFPA) داشته است .

    The impact of COVID-19 pandemic on mental health of pregnant and lactating women is unclear. This study aimed to assess the impact of COVID-19 on psychological health, sexual function, and quality of life (QoL) in Iranian pregnant and lactating women and compare the results with non-pregnant/non-lactating women.     BackgroundHealth care workers (HCWs) are at risk for occupational stress. The negative effects of stress HCWs subsequently affect the quality of their job performance. Since 2014, there have been extensive changes in the primary health care system in Iran. Because evidence has shown that organizational change can cause stress in employees, this study was designed and conducted to explore the perceived job demands by HCWs in primary care centers after extensive organizational change.

    Abstract

    Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrine disorder in reproductive-age women. It is one of the risk factors of metabolic syndrome (MetS). These two syndromes have an inflammatory etiologic foundation along with oxidative stress. The present study aimed to compare the dietary intake of antioxidant micronutrients in PCOS women with and without MetS. Overall, 42 participants eligible for this nested case control study were selected by the convenience sampling method. The case group included 14 PCOS patients with MetS and the control group included 28 PCOS patients without MetS.     PurposeThis study aimed to develop a valid and reliable tool for evaluation of sexual health assessment in infertile women.MethodsThis was a mixed exploratory study consisting of two phases. At phase one, we reviewed the existing instruments and interviewed 20 infertile women to generate an item pool. Then, the research team examined items and invited a panel of experts (n= 15) and a group of infertile women (n= 10) to review the items to establish content and face validity. This study was conducted to analyze the psychometric properties of the Persian version of Attitudes of Older People to End of Life Issues (AEOLI) questionnaire.Methods. 189 elderly people participated in this descriptive study. Face, content and construct validity and reliability were assessed for determining the psychometric characteristics of the questionnaire.     Background: Nurses are put at high risk of work-related low back pain (LBP) due to the nature of their work. There is wide scientific evidence that incidence and prevalence of LBP in nurses working in hospitals is high. Therefore, promoting behaviors for low back health in nurses is essential.
